Atlanta-based fashion tech entrepreneurs launch shopping platform Provides sustainable special occasion apparel with the community in mind.   Atlanta, GA (February 15, 2016) -- The recently launched Borrowed by Design's (BBD) website allows consumers to rent special occasion dresses directly from other users. Those looking to post dresses on the website for rental are known as "Owners" and are prompted to post their garments along with photos, sizing specifics, measurements, and physical descriptions. Owners can set the desired price, and are encouraged to take into account things like original price, shipping cost, and condition.
